Through consultation with the experts the major factors to evaluate each option are determined as Cost (C), Quality of Surface Treatment (QST), and Setting Accuracy (SA). Cost criterion is considered in three parts; Fixed Cost (FC), Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC) and Operation Cost per minute (CC). The weights associated with these criteria are obtained using the associated procedure within AHP.
