Jessica is a communication student who is working in a group on her class’s final presentation. The final project involves a group presentation, with the entire group being graded on the final product. Jessica has discovered that one of her team members, Shane, has been plagiarizing his portion of the project. If Jessica informs her professor, Shane will be kicked out of the class and possibly barred from the university. If the plagiarism is exposed after the group presents, however, Jessica could end up failing the class right before her expected graduation. Shane is close to graduating as well, and Jessica is nervous about getting one of her classmates expelled from school so close to the end of his academic training. However, there are only 2 days left before the project is due, and it is unlikely Shane could completely redo his portion of the project in that time.
